This full day course will teach you how to create a three-course meal that pays homage to three of Scotland's great products 'Whiskey,' 'Smoked Salmon,' and the 'Great chieftain o the puddin'-race,' - Haggis!
Your tutor Lindsay will take you to a local farm shop to select some delicious local Ayrshire produce for your lesson. You will cook the dishes under her guidance and sample your efforts throughout the day!
Dishes covered in class include:
Smoked Salmon Pate (made with Salmon from Pieroni's Fish) and served with Oatcakes
Rabbie's Chicken (stuffed with Haggis and wrapped in Ayrshire Bacon served with Whiskey Sauce)
Roasted Honeyed Carrots
Mashed Potatoes with Chives
